Gibraltar

If your a traveler interested in natural history. Gibraltar is the place you would want to visit.

Honestly, i really have no idea where it was found. I need to seek Mr. Google’s helping hand for me to know more about this beautiful country.

Well, one thing is for sure, Gibraltar is located in Europe which is a British overseas territory. No wonder, they can freely go to Great Britain whenever they wanted. Their country also lies near Andalusia, Spain which i found very awesome.

Gibraltar governs its own affairs though some powers, such as defence and foreign relations, remain the responsibility of the UK Government which means the Queen of England has its shares and say on such delicate matters.

There are different places to visit at Gibraltar and among them are;

Rock of Gibraltar – one of the famous tourist destination. 1.6 miles from the city centre.
Apes Den – you get a chance to see monkeys just like it my postcard picture.
St. Michael Caves – a thousand years cave that composed hundred of beautiful caves with limestones.
Gibraltar Museaum - want to know more about Gibraltar? This is the best place to learn about their history, culture and other interesting ideas.
Grand Casemates Square – walk through history.
Catalan Bay – walked and enjoy the beauty of the beach.
Shrine of our Lady of Europa – very interesting shrine but unfortunately , it was open for a limited time in a week.

I wish, i get the chance to see this beautiful country someday.

I’m not really a cat lover but i don’t hate them nor dislike them. I see them as cute little animals that can make you smile when you see their cute little eyes looking sincerely at you.

I remember when I was much more younger, I had a big fat cat that always welcomes me when I arrived from school. I even had her sleep on my bed at night and wake up with her fur directly in my face. Now, you would think how this cute little cat postcard was related on fat-cat guitars. Even myself was thinking of how and why guitars was associated with cats and how were they able to come up with that company name. But looking at it makes me smile more.

But then reasons came rushing through and i could not help but sad. I wish i can have a cat postcard real soon.

I have been collecting many things in the past. I have been collecting stamps, lipsticks, head bands, earrings and some accessories and even candy wrappers but my most prized collection are my postcards. A friend had told me, how much i have been losing with this expensive hobby. You might think it takes a lot of money to be a deltiologist but the happiness and enjoyment of getting a nice postcard from other countries is like winning a contest or getting a trophy of your own.

Unlike trophy that you can just put on your desk or your living room, my postcards are well kept and was carefully arranged by their places and by their own kind. Looking at them occasionally gave me so much joy and if you would ask me, i would love to continue doing this until i got eventually tired or my daughter is old enough to continue my liking.

If there is one Hollywood Actress that i so love and admire, that’s none other than the beautiful and talented Audrey Hepburn. Her movies are all beautiful and she delivered such a wonderful and talented performance that her fans would not be bored to watch it over and over again.

If ever i have one prized possession, it’s my collection of her movies and of course, i’m beginning to collect postcards of her too. If i only have the money, i would even buy memorabilia and things that are associated to her.

Fun Summer Activities

The joy of seeing your kids playing on the field or a nearby playground is really wonderful. I wish i can just give them happiness because they deserves the best of everything. Peachy keeps on begging me to have a log swing inside our small lawn but even i wanted too, it could not be done for now or in the very near future for two different reasons. One, our dog stays there and they are not in a good situation and second, our garage is not done yet and we need to check on things before putting something or thinking if it really works.

I hope that our lawn will be good in the most immediate time, so my kids could enjoy playing outside and we don’t need to go to a nearby park.

Talking about gifts, mother’s day is around the corner and many fathers and children are thinking of a great mother’s day present for their moms. A nice spa or a treat would be so lovely but if your mom loves to drink red or white wine, isn’t it great to gave her a bottle of wine gift baskets for her to enjoy the warmth of the summer time.

A pizza would be a perfect combination too, don’t you think? Red wine plus pizza and a nice pasta would be a total treat for your moms to let them feel special but if in any chance, you were not able to do this things, just a loving hug would mean so much especially for mothers like me, who only think what’s the best for our family.

Among my postcard collection, this Las Vegas card is especial because i am indeed a fan of American Audio and whenever my favorite singer sings, my heart and mind would be entirely placed on hold and I would definitely hear their sweet voice.

Las Vegas is the place where great singers and entertainers meet for a chance to have a great show in their lifetime. Some wouldn’t have the chance to perform in Vegas but others like Mariah Carey, Michael Buble, Cher is a local crowd favorite. It would be no wonder to think that they are a great Vegas performers especially in this modern times with many different musics that are competing but still their songs especially the Vegas performer does would last for a very long time.

On the 29th of April, these two lovely royal couple will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary. Beside the Barbie and Ken dolls that were made to commemorate their special day. I know that preparations are being laid down for their anniversary.

I have always love royalties, maybe the reason is, I was fascinated with their passion, intrigues with their lives and envy their fashionable dresses. But it is always a delight to see them and I wish i can meet one in my lifetime.
